Located in the prestigious area of Neutral Bay, this grand residence underwent a major renovation and was transformed with a comprehensive repainting project completed to the highest standard. Our client, L Build, entrusted us with the task of revitalising both the interior and exterior of the home, including the roof. This large-scale project involved pressure washing all external areas, followed by meticulous sanding, patching, and priming. We then applied an undercoat and two top coats to ensure a flawless and durable finish.
For this project, we utilised a range of high-quality Dulux products, including Dulux Weathershield for the exterior, Dulux Acratex for the roof membrane, Dulux Aqua Enamel for trim and doors, Dulux Wash and Wear for interior walls, and Dulux One Step Prep for priming. The attention to detail extended to the interiors, where we patched new recessed lighting fixtures, spot primed patches, and applied ceiling white to all ceilings. Walls were wiped down, sanded, spot primed, and finished with two coats of Dulux low sheen acrylic. Trim and doors were sanded, patched, dusted down, given an oil-based undercoat, and finished with two top coats of Dulux Aqua Enamel in the client’s chosen color.
