Tight frontages, shared walls with neighbours and rear lanes are worked out at the site visit. Scaffold or a lift is priced as its own line, and if there is no free parking nearby, paid parking is added at cost. Fines never are.

Under clause 5.10(3) of the Inner West Local Environmental Plan 2022, Inner West Council can issue a Heritage Exemption Certificate for repainting existing painted surfaces on a heritage item or in a heritage conservation area, in a colour scheme that suits the area and the age of the building. Painting surfaces that have never been painted is not covered. We are painters, not planners, so confirm with council before work starts. We can supply the colour schedule and scope for your application.
Yes. Heritage homes are a big part of our residential work. We prepare old surfaces by hand, put an oil-based undercoat on original joinery before the enamel, protect sandstone, and our colour consultant can help you choose a period-appropriate scheme.
