Located in the prestigious suburb of Mosman, this exceptional project involved a comprehensive repainting of an incredible home that underwent an extensive renovation by Verdecon. The challenge was to enhance both the newly renovated areas and the impressive original parts of the home. Our approach involved painting in two stages: external first, followed by the internal, to ensure a cohesive and polished finish throughout this large residential property.
The external repainting phase commenced with meticulous surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. We used high-quality, weather-resistant paints to protect and beautify the home’s exterior. Special attention was given to the architectural details and original features to preserve the home’s historical charm while providing a fresh and durable finish. Following the completion of the exterior, we proceeded with the internal repainting. This involved detailed preparation of all interior surfaces to achieve a smooth and flawless finish. We selected premium interior paints that complemented the home’s unique style and the client’s design preferences. Each room, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trims, was carefully painted to enhance the overall aesthetic and comfort of the living spaces.
